To Whom it May Concern,
I have utilized the pool services of Joe Lopes for more than 15 years now. In that time, I have found Joe to be completely reliable and trustworthy. In fact, Joe is the only service professional that I have ever entrusted with a key to my property – I have not given a key to the gardener, the pest control service or even to PG&E.
I have animals (dogs and cats), and I trust that Joe will take care not to let them out of the yard when he is here. I don’t have that level of trust in my other service professionals. I know that Joe will care for my animals and my property as if they were his own.
Another thing I appreciate about the level of service Joe provides is that he is proactive to take care of the little problems before they become bigger and require more expensive repairs.
