Joe has been awesome to work with. Always great with communicating specifics about my pool and also always provided options about how to fix the problems. I also appreciate that he runs the options by me before doing the work so that I can decide whether or not that it is an urgent matter for me or not.
My pool is always clean and ready to have fun in *when the weather is right! If you are deciding on a pool company - look no further.

Joe is able to diagnose all the problems I have ever had with my pool since we hired him back in 2009. We bought our house with the pool already installed so we did not have a choice of how it was designed (which was not the best) and no matter what my kids have done to the pool, Joe cannot only fix it but walk me through the process to fix it myself if they do it again. He has the patience of a Saint. I would recommend him 100% to anyone who needs a competent pool service in fresno.

Joe is a great pool guy. He always keeps my pool looking and running perfect. I haven't had a problem yet that Joe couldn't fix. I hired Joe for pool service back in 2011 and I'd highly recommend anyone who has a pool to work with Joe Lopes at Pristine Pool Service and Repair.
